In the course of answering questions during this training, we incorrectly stated that the Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Civil Rights conducted the investigations of California's State Mental Hospitals that resulted in a 2006 Consent Decree. It was in fact the Department of Justice that conducted those investigations. You can learn more about the
